Quiet your mind. Quiet your body. Quiet your mind to see yourself
the way we see you. When you see what we see, the conflict is clarified.
When you understand that addiction to food is actually a conflict about
existing in the human realm, then you will understand why you eat when
you don't need to. To quiet your body you need to rid yourself of all
"food noise." Food noise is food that does not nourish the
body. If you are losing weight and gaining it back, then you are not
fully understanding why you overeat. We understand this is very complex.
Quiet your mind. Perhaps you don't want anyone to want you. Perhaps
you are addicted to self-hatred. Can you look in the mirror and speak
self love the way you are? If you cannot, this is the place to begin.
You say you lose weight, so you know how to do this. If you gain it
back then you have not resolved the underlying pain; you are waiting
to go back to your pain when you endeavor to lose weight. Once you change,
you must change forever, not because it is a diet and you are trying
to get someone to want you, but because you have shifted your vibration
enough to let something other than food fill your consciousness.

Be very cautious of fast foods and prepared foods. They are the addiction
of the masses that threatens the world at this time. Be aware of which
hungers you feed putting food in your mouth. Eating food has fed so
many hungers other than physical hunger for so long that most people
don't understand what real hunger feels like anymore. If you need to
understand this, then sit with it awhile. Sit with your body empty,
then you will begin to know how to feed it. You cannot control hunger
if you are afraid of it. You will be unable to control anything towards
which you feel fear.
